(1) Staff Scientist at Rockwell International and Boeing Space and Defense Group from 1974 - 2001. Retired from aerospace in 2001. > Co-developed Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) technique which is now recognized as world wide method for growing compound semiconductors > Published extensively in peer reviewed journals including Journal of Electronic Materials, Journal of Crystal Growth, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics, IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics, Journal of the Electrochemical Society, Advances Science, Engineering and Technology from Wales, etc. > Presented papers at numerous domestic and international conferences on semiconductor material growth, devices, and safety > Awarded three patents for semiconductor synthesis and doping using MOCVD > Awarded four Advance-in-the-Art awards by Rockwell International for research in semiconductor material synthesis, doping, and safety (2) Responsible for synthesis and characterization of short wave infrared HgCdTe detectors used on NASA's Hubble Space Telescope (Near Infrared Camera Multi-Object Spectrometer ... NICMOS instrument) (3) Currently staff scientist for Aixtron, Ag in Aachen, Germany > Live in Southern California (4) Met Professor Stephen Hawking in a pub Cambridge, U.K. 2008 > Talked about NICMOS and infrared image
